Victor Zwartkruis, MD, is PhD candidate under the supervision of Professor Rudolf de Boer and Professor Michiel Rienstra in the UMC Groningen, The Netherlands. His research focuses on early detection and early treatment of cardiovascular disease, notably heart failure and atrial fibrillation.
