​Stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation

In October last year, about twenty general practitioners representing various European countries, came to Amsterdam for the stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation (SPAF) expert meeting. This was a two-day meeting organised by the EPCCS, to discuss recent developments in the field of SPAF, and specific implications in primary care. The expert committee aimed to establish a practical guidance for European primary care, and is currently in the process of writing an expert consensus document with practical recommendations for SPAF in a primary care setting for publication. In this video, four of the experts present at the SPAF meeting summarise what was discussed.
